Corruption prevention directions of the competence of National Agency on Corruption Prevention in the transparency of anti-corruption policy.

Abstract
In the article, the author studies the peculiarities of legal regulation of the powers of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention in the field of ensuring the transparency of anticorruption policy. The author analyzes the phenomenon of transparency in the public-government activity against corruption. Among other things, the author outlines directions of the power implementation of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention in the field of transparency anti-corruption policy ensuring. According to the results of the study, the author proposes recommendations for improving and optimizing the legal regulation of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention in the field of awareness raising of anti-corruption policy and anti-corruption activities.
