COUCHING IN SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of “coaching”, “educational coaching” that is new to pedagogical science. The essence of coaching, the basic principles, the use of technology in the educational process are revealed. Coaching is grounded as an interactive technology. The focus is on the possibility of using coaching when training social teachers.
