Abstract
The judicial scientific researches devoted to the problem of corruption counterac- tion in Russian empire in the second half of 19ty – at the beginning of 20th century has been analyzed. The main views of pre-revolution, Soviet and modern Ukrainian and Russian scientists according the problem of corruption has been shown.
