COUNTERACTION TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL NORMS OF INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of human trafficking as a form of modern slavery. The history of the phenomenon of trafficking in «live goods» is studied in different epochs and in different countries, the norms of international and Russian law on combating the slave trade are analyzed, all forms and forms of slavery in the modern world are investigated.
