PHILOSOPHICAL, SOCIOLOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SOURCES OF CO-OPERATION AS A PROBLEM

Abstract

The essence of the phenomenon «co-operation» on the basis of analysis of scientific research conducted by philosophers, sociologists, psychologists, has been exposed, some principles of co-operation (respect to the inter-locutor, impartial attitude to a subject, considering individual and psychological features, personal interests, creation of situation of success, stimulation, interactivity etc.), co-operation features (activity of subjects, necessity of correla-tion of personal goals and co-operation objective, understanding of information context, importance of having individual positions for achievement of mutual understanding etc.) have been found out in the article. Such important features of co-operation as system, participants’ activity, bilateral connections, interchange of a subject into an object and vice versa, connection regularity at the level of essence, inter-determining of the sides’ change, internal activity of subjects, selectivity of contacting sides, «binary» of co-operation, the necessity of high-quality information exchange during a co-operation, concordance of individual aims, actions of subjects, submission to a general purpose, achievement of mutual understanding, considering dominant factors of motivation of a subject’s actions have been revealed. Attention is paid to the fact that co-operation is the set of components (communicative, interactive and perceptive); subjects exchange not only information but also actions during a co-operation (provide planning of joint activity, co-ordination and functions sharing); have the varieties of relations (subject-object, subject-object-subject and subject-subject). Presented work has becomefundamental for grounding the technology of future dentists’ preparation to professional co-operation by the methods of interactive learning.
