FORMATION OF PATRIOTISMAND NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF CHILDREN AND YOUTHAS A PART OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF THE UKRAINIAN STATE

Abstract
The article describes the features, the factors, challenges and priorities of formation of patriotism and national consciousness of children and youth in modern conditions; It shows that upbringing of the named moral and ethical qualities of the person is a matter of national security, success of all other spheres of the state and the Ukrainian society depends on their effective implementation; It proved an urgent need for the introduction of the national system of national-patriotic upbringing of the younger generation.
