THE NEED FOR MODERN TEACHING IN HIGHER EDUCATION THROUGH THE DISCLOSURE OF THE POTENTIAL OF THE TEACHER’S PERSONALITY AND THE STUDENTS

Abstract
The article highlights the importance of the personality development of a teacher at a higher educational institution in the psychological and pedagogical preparation of the student’s personality in accordance with modern requirements and the constant self-improvement of his own teaching methods – the transition from the presentation of material to an active interest in self-discipline, self-development and the pursuit of personal goals.
