Abstract
The unity of the organizational principles of the universities’ activities is the fundamental foundation for the construction of the classical university. But in the dynamic conditions of modern times, the question arises of the conformity of the fundamental foundations with modern requirements and challenges. Or are these basic fundamentals, including those in the dynamics, subject to improvement or development? Or do they remain unchanged? It’s just like the fundamentals. Or is the dynamics not inherent in the fundamental foundations? The publication is dedicated to covering this problem.
