CREATING A MOMENT OF RESISTANCE OF THE ELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEM TWIN-ENGINE ELECTRIC LIFT MECHANISM SHUTTER DAM DRAIN WHEN STARTING

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of this work is to determine the factors of the formation of the moment of resistance to take them into account when creating an electric drive system. Methodology. The paper deals with the features of the formation of forces and moments of resistance when lifting the shutter of the drain dam taking into account the operational and design features of the process equipment. Results. According to the above mathematical dependencies, the moment of resistance of the system "electric drive-transmission of the lifting-working mechanism" is calculated at the time of starting and starting. Originality. Based on the results of mathematical modeling, the time dependences are plotted at the touching taking into account the properties of the system and with the classical components of the moment of resistance. On the basis of the considered stages of starting and starting taking into account the features of the formation of the moment of resistance during the operation of the technological mechanism, using the minimization of the forces of destruction of the adhesive layers of the working element, the requirements are formulated for a system of two-motor electric drive of the technological mechanism for pre-starting preparation, starting and moving the shutter along the pocket guides. Practical value. Based on the analysis of the physico-chemical processes taking place in the electrical complex of the lifting dump raising mechanism, the requirements to the control system have been developed that ensure both the start and start of the system and the movement of the object in the working space with the possibility of reducing the accident rate and increasing energy efficiency.
