CREATION OF COMPETITIVENESS SYSTEM OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article describes the main aspects in the development of sustainable competitive system of business enterprise processes applying the principles of strategic planning. It provides the company a strong competitive position in the market. The result of the competitive sustainability of the company effective managerial decisions of the enterprise, which are delineated definition of creation of system of business processes in the enterprise and the availability of mechanism for their implementation. Therefore, competitive advantage acts as a result of certain changes in the company, as well as the causes, in consequence stimulates the activity of the enterprise before implementing the following changes and benefits in a particular area.
