CREATIVE EDUCATION OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN’S PERSONALITIES BY MEANS OF MEDIA EDUCATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the role of media education in the formation of preschool children’s creative personalities. The defi nition of preschool media education as a form of media education, principally aimed at an integrated and balanced aesthetic and intellectual development of the child is given. The content of media art is analyzed. The factors that affect the implementation of the creative potential of preschool children are characterized. Examples of educational media challenges that can be used in the development of the creative potential of preschool children are given. The requirements of the safe use of media technologies in the classroom in preschool education are named. The statement that the use of media technology enables us to interpret other people’s media texts and create our own, using media not only for entertainment, but also for learning, is proved. This being the case, it will form the personality traits of a creative personality, like unconventional approach, creative interest, curiosity, independence, proactivity, the ability to analyze and synthesize information to establish the cause-effect relationships, to rebuff the information of mass media, to form a personal image of the world, to make thoughtful operations and demonstrate creative activity.
