CREATIVE MANAGEMENT AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract
The article defines the point of view of Ukrainian entrepreneurs regarding the obstacles to the introduction of innovations in production. The main factors that hamper the development of innovative entrepreneurship in Ukraine are considered. The necessity of introduction of creative management in innovative entrepreneurship is grounded. The process of realization of creative management at the enterprise as a system of activation of creative, creative process is considered. The main goals and functions of creative management that contribute to innovation.
