Creditor’s responsibilities in the structure of relations of obligations

Abstract
Theoretical positions on the legal nature of creditors' responsibilities are specified in the article, and their place in the structure of relations of obligations is defined. Scientific provisions, that can be used in law-making, judicial practice, contract work, were formulated.
