Criminal technologies of the financial summary: theoretical and methodological mode

Abstract
The article reveals the ideological and theoretical aspects of technologies of criminal enrichment in the financial sphere as a method of committing complex criminal acts and discloses the classification of this criminal activity. The theoretic and methodological mode of investigation of economic crimes in the financial sphere with the use of technologies of criminal enrichment, carried out by organized groups for the purpose of obtaining material benefits and using legal forms of economic activity is determined. As for the vast majority of technologies for criminal enrichment and for technologies of criminal enrichment in the banking sector, there are complex schemes of criminal activity. Thus, the article outlines a number of stages of committing criminal activity in the credit and financial activities of banks, each of which includes the commission of a number of crimes to achieve a criminal purpose.. The directions of organization of planning of the investigation of crimes in the financial sphere are analyzed, since planning of investigation of a certain economic crime or their aggregate gives an opportunity to focus on the most important problems, solve the most urgent tasks in a timely manner, to determine the ways and means of achieving the set goal, and to provide effective control in the course of financial investigations. The methods of committing criminal acts in the budget sphere are determined, since the study of methods for carrying out criminal activity with the use of technologies of criminal enrichment, their classification and essence allow to make the necessary recommendations for investigation of such crimes, since such crime is characterized by the presence of basic and subordinate crimes that are interrelated to obtain criminal purpose.
