Criteria and indicators for assessing the enterprises in a territorial association fuctioning.

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to determine the criteria for evaluating the performance of enterprises in the conditions of territorial communities associations on the basis of the processes of enterprise development and entrepreneurial activity study. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and synthesis, a dialectical approach. Findings. In the article, it is established that in the conditions of full regional economic calculation, there are still no generally accepted criteria for determining the estimation of production efficiency and a unified methodological approach to the definition of the indicator, which allows a comprehensive assessment of the degree of economic and financial stability of the enterprise, its ability to systematically improve the financial position in the long run on the general background of the implementation of administrative and territorial reform. The problem is considered in the conditions of voluntary territorial communities associations. Practical value. The use of European approaches to ensuring stable economic development of enterprises is proposed.
