CRITERIA, INDICATORS AND LEVELS OF FORMATION OF PROJECT-ANALYTICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE OFFICERS OF FRONTIERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of forming the project-analytical competence of future border officers. The content of the concepts "design-analytical competence" is defined. The structure of the "project-analytical competence of future officers-border guards" is disclosed. On the basis of the analysis of the structure of the project-analytical competence of future border officers, the author singled out the main criteria for its formation, namely: motivational and value - personality-value attitude to the analysis and design of professional activity as socially significant; stability of motivation for the implementation of project and analytical activities; cognitive-activity - the formation of knowledge for the implementation of design and analysis activities; organization of design and analytical activities; reflexive-evaluative - manifestation independently in the analysis and evaluation of the results of design and analytical activities; realization of the reflection of design and analytical activities. Based on the analysis of diagnostic data for all indicators of the identified criteria, different levels of the formation of the professional and analytical competence of future border officers were determined in the process of their professional training: reproductive, productive, creative.
