SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF WARTIME AS THE KEY FACTOR OF REBUILDING THE NATIONAL ECONOMY OF UKRAINIAN SSR (1943-1950)

Abstract
The paper examines the reasons of the use of s scientific and technological achievements of wartime for demands of rebuilding the economy of USSR. It reveals the impact and importance of the military industry at the development of science, the use of these achievements for the purpose of building the economy. During the Second World War there was a significant scientific rise that led to great amount of discoveries. Also the principles of administrating of industry and factories during the war at the example of Commissariat tank industry and plant Tankograd are disclosed. This simplification of administrative system during the war led to the rise of scientific thought and the movement initiative. All this was to be used in the process of rebuilding the economy.
