CRITERIA OF EFFICIENCY TRAINING FUTURE MASTERS OF TOURISM IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The article by theoretical analysis of legislative and special scientific literature and personal experience, the author defined performance criteria for professional training of future masters of tourism in higher education, namely the motivation for continuing education tourism criterion of professional competence, professional and creative criteria. Performance measures designed to develop methods of formation evaluation components of future masters of tourism to the profession. Also, the basis for determining the criteria served as a training concept and model of future masters of tourism to the profession that criterion contains analytical component, which is the final in this system. According to the author, the use in the educational process of training of future masters of tourism in higher education assessment of methodology formation components of future masters of tourism to professional activity provide an opportunity objectively and accurately ascertain the level of readiness and perform constant monitoring of its forming. The author reveals substantial part of the efficiency performance criteria training of future masters of tourism in higher education at three levels: high, medium, low.
