APPLICATION OF PROGRAMS OF RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN REGARD TO MINOR CRIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting the main causes of juvenile delinquency. The preventive measures applied by representatives of state bodies on prevention of offenses committed by minors are considered, as well as the attributes of the introduction of the probation institute in Ukraine.
