FORMATION OF STUDENTS` LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract
The presence of leadership skills in students greatly increases their competitiveness in the labor market after obtaining a diploma in higher education. In the conditions of reducing the auditorium time and increasing the time for independent study, extra-curricular work with students becomes especially relevant. The article analyzes modern scientific approaches to the definition of "leadership qualities of students". The methods and forms of non-auditing work that promote formation of leadership qualities among students are offered. The experience of using these methods and forms of non-auditing work is analyzed on the example of Chernihiv National Technological University and ways of improving the organization of non-auditing work with students are proposed.
