PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF SOCIAL SUCCESSION OF FUTURE LEADERS OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The subject of the study of the authors of the article is the problem of social success of future leaders of a comprehensive educational institution. Considerable attention is paid to the definition of approaches to the concept of «social progress», «the formation of social success», «the formation of qualities of a socially successful personality of the future leader». The authors represent the structure of social success of the personality of the future manager and the developed system of qualitative indicators and levels of social performance. The results of the observational experiment of the study indicate the objective lack of development of the emotional-volitional and socio-group component of the social success of future managers in the control and experimental groups. The authors convincingly prove that in a significant number of respondents insufficiently developed moral attitude to themselves, colleagues and subordinates, insufficient level of stress resistance; a large number of future managers do not have sufficient competence in professional self-regulation and the development of their individuality within the profession.
