Abstract
[e–Recruitment is the fastest growing method for seeking out candidates. Changing tools and expectations stirred by the use of IT tools in management result in numerous associated myths. The article analyses the typology of four types of e–recruitment and assesses the worth of the view that the penetration of crowdsourcing in recruitment signifies the demise of “head–hunting” companies. The article presents the results of research that allows estimates of the present situation in e–recruitment methods in Poland and the United States.]
