CRUCIAL FACTORS FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE

Abstract
Nowadays, organizations operate in very different and changeable environment. Technologies are quite developed and more organizations become technologies based. Thus, more qualified personnel is required. Moreover, as internet is more spread, the information spreads easily. Globalization makes people feel themselves citizens of the world. It means that turnover in organizations is high. Employees change workplace easily not only in their home country’s territory, but through the whole world. Managers should take care about their employees’ job satisfaction level. As organizations’ main aim is to find and keep talents in their organizations, encourage them feel comfortable and show the best performance of their potential, they should maximize job satisfaction level. This Paper connects turnover with the job satisfaction, describes main factors what causes satisfaction; Also, what makes people find new jobs and leave their current ones. By analyzing all above mentioned it offers recommendations what have to consider organization to achieve better results by satisfying employees and decreasing turnover.
