CSR – ethical standards versus legal regulations

Abstract
The paper analyzes the importance of ethical standards in the implementation of CSR by companies. It has been highlighted that the binding force of these standards is of primary importance. The paper also points out that it is necessary to set legal regulations to facilitate the implementation of socially responsible tasks.
