CURRENT ISSUES IN PUBLIC SERVICE IN SOME WESTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article gives examples of the functioning of the civil service in France, England, Germany and Italy. By conducting parallels mechanism between domestic and foreign system of public service, the author attempts to distinguish its best features of the perception in the domestic legal framework.
