CURRENT TRENDS OF PREPARATION FUTURE TEACHERS TO ORGANIZATION PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION OF PARENTS

Abstract

The article characterized the current trends of preparation future teachers to organization pedagogical education of family. The essential, content and procedural characteristic of the parents’ pedagogical education process in the light of current state documents and requirements to the educational process organization are revealed. Today in Ukraine processes of establishment of system of multilevel continuous pedagogical education, which would allow formation of a network of professional educational institutions that prepare competitive professionals are actualized. The main aims of the creation of such educational and professional system are firstly organization of creative specialist’s activity, creation of conditions for its re-orientation in accordance with changes in the socio-cultural environment that provides a clear ratio of trained professionals with market needs; secondly, formation of the personal traits (professional characteristics, thinking style, level of culture, intellectual development, etc.), that allow to solve the problems of staffing in some extent, introduction of new technologies, modernization of the educational process by spreading positive experience of the world systems of training professional teachers, expanding of international cooperation. Current trends of preparation future teachers to organization pedagogical education of parents take into account the significant positive past experience and innovative forms of family and school interaction. Along with the old tested forms of work (parent meetings, lectures, universal education) new ones are being implemented that meet the needs of today (trainings, workshops, round tables, video conference, etc.).
