ORGANIZATIONAL AND CONTENT PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY OF FUTURE MEDICAL TECHNICIANS AT BIOLOGY CLASSES

Abstract
The article focuses on the fact that formed at the initial stage of training research competence contributes to formation of competitive health care workers who are able to move forward, to be active, mobile, able to plan, organize, adequately assess the results of their own activities. It is due to the main purpose of the research study – the formation of their own capabilities independently and creatively assimilate and rebuild the new ways of working in any field of human culture. According to the author, the formation of research competence of medical technicians (medical assistants, nurses, etc.) as one of the major structural components of professional competence is one of the urgent problems of modern medical education. Effective formation of research competence is provided by the transition from the reproductive methods of teaching to research methods with a high level of autonomy and creative activity. Ample opportunities for the basic formation of research competence of medical technicians is represented by professionally2 oriented educational and research activity of students in the framework of a professionally2oriented disciplines. «Biology» as one of these disciplines has significant educational potential of the research, therefore, it is relevant to develop methodology of the organization of research activity in the study of discipline «Biology» for the formation of research competence of students of medical college. The author notes that the results of the scientific synthesis of knowledge are reflected in the context of biological education, due to that the attention is paid to the analysis of the content of the discipline «Biology» as a means of forming of research competence of the future medical technicians. However, attention is focused on the fact that the formation of research competence is carried out not only because of the content of professionally2 oriented discipline «Biology» but also the process of research activity, actively implemented at the classes of research type.
