CYBERNETIC CRIME AS VALUE CONCEPT

Abstract
The article unfolds the specificity of cybernetic crime as a communicative, informationcaused phenomenon. Through the prism of axiological elements of the values and antivalues, cybernetic crime appears to be not just a socially dangerous act, but a valuable or anti-valuable informational activity which aims at the violation of co-existence-with-others within the cyberspace.
