LAW ANTAGONALITY AS A FEATURE OF CIVILIZED SOCIETY

Abstract
The issue of law as a factor that influences the formation of civilized society in Ukraine is considered. The positive and negative aspects of such kind of influence and studied. The antagonistic, but not antagonal character of the process is underlined.
