ON THE CLACCIFICATION OF THE CORPORATE RIGHTS, THEIR SUBJECTS AND CORPORATE RELATIONS

Abstract
The article examines systemic problems of the legal regulation on the stages of creation of commercial companies and the formation of its capital as well as the termination of the relationship between the shareholder and the company. The author proposes holistic conceptual model of the legislative regulation that is able to resolve these issues on the basis of a new classification of corporate rights, their subjects and corporate relations.
