Czy w Polsce są wolne sądy? Ocena z perspektywy trzech lat walki o praworządność

Abstract
The independence of the courts and judges, together with the administrative supervision of the Executive, has long been one of the most sensitive problems in the Judiciary. In this article, the author analyses the statutory changes introduced in the broadly understood judiciary system in the years 2015–2018 and the systemic practice in the context of implementation of the constitutional right to court and the independence of courts and judges. The resulting analysis is the basis to formulate an answer to the titular question: are there free courts in Poland?
