DA INVISIBILIDADE DA CRIANÇA À LITERATURA INFANTIL: REFLEXÕES SOBRE A CONTAÇÃO DE HISTÓRIAS NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Abstract
The present text is anchored in three axes: concept of childhood, children's literature and storytelling. The bibliographical research is based on questions that involve the educational practice in early childhood education: what is childhood, what meanderings have made possible the creation of a literature directed to the child, how and why to tell stories in Child Education, among others. Ariès (1981), Coelho (2010), Soares (2008) and others contributed to the proposed reflections. It is concluded that educational action should be thought of in a critical perspective, and that over time the concepts of childhood and children's literature were naturalized. From a perspective of generalization (from childhood and from literature), the singularities of child becoming and literature as experimentation are disregarded. Storytelling as aesthetic experimentation may be, among others, a possibility of extrapolating such notions, since children's literature is a textual genre of language expression, which encompasses the difference of characters, historical times, cultural and aesthetic dimensions.
