Abstract
Abstract In the pedagogic conduct, constant strengthening of innovative views, also in the area of the spiritual development of disabled students, provides an unquestionable opportunity to improve their lives from the perspective of their existence, penetrating recognition of the otherness of those students, noticing their potential possibilities and enrichment of their spirit. It can be definitely claimed that there is a relationship of J.A. Komeński's ideas in the cohesion of creating a vision of religious education and enrichment of the spirit of this group of students in the school space. Any appropriate and essential interpretation of views for introducing changes in this area will undoubtedly strengthen this process. The interpretation adopted in the study and at the same time a proposal of an idea of special educators' work in the development of cardinal and theological virtues, in the aspect of J.A. Komeński's visionary pedagogic views, provides, in con-structing of theoretical and practical proposals of interpretation, an invaluable pedagogic and ethical value, both in the categories of didactic and educational activities. The usefulness of considering the validity of educational activity towards the disabled in the context of Komeński's ideas, which are still up-to-date, is also supported by such premises as faith in the power of education, the perspective of the objectivism of conduct; openness to innovativeness and uniqueness; the openness of innovativeness to students' spirituality, unlimited in its constant development; allowing freedom in variety, limited by objective conditions and subjectively created, and finally, a possibility to create unique visions of educational activities in order to enrich the spirit in disabled students. Keywords: disabled person, virtues, spirit, spirituality, education, the course of life
