Abstract
This article presents sentencies about the application and using of humanity and human behaviour orientated ideas from the point of view of the form of the effectivity of teacher trai-ning for perspectives of school system. The Author presents the problem from the historical development and from the point of view of educational situation of today. The text based on the idea of christian humanism of Comenius (communication, responsibility and tolerance for diver-sities. Comenius developed the idea about education minimalizing evil formulated by Plato. Author prefers continual development of the innovative changes into the school system as better then some revolutional change or basic reform.
