Abstract
Based on the trajectory of Rui Spohr, this article intends to investigate the highfashion system, its actors, its impact and its consequences in the fashion spread. It is a bibliographic research in an interdisciplinary approach considering authors who reflect on fashion as a phenomenon and address its historical aspects, especially considering the arrival of fashion in Brazil. Thus, in the trajectory of Rui Spohr, we highlight his local pioneerism, in which he acts as a kind of mediator.
