Definition motivation preferences of intellectualization in basic industry enterprises

Abstract
It was substantiated that into spheres of influence, intellectualization can be as a social phenomenon, as an economic phenomenon, as a factor of state development, intellectualization of labor, management systems, entrepreneurship, and intellectualization of an enterprise. The economic activity of machine-building enterprises and steelworks was analyzed. In enhancing of the enterprises, efficiency proved the advantages of highly intelligent high-paying professions. For improve the competitiveness of industrial enterprises elaborated proposals for ensuring the motivation preferences of intellectualization.
