Definition of industrial enterprise development strategy

Abstract
The subject of the study is the factors the environment, the impact of which on the industrial enterprise determines the strategy its development. The aim is to study the development strategy PJSC «Lebedinske grain reception enterprise» in conditions of increasing the level perfection of the system, which reflects the ability to unlimited development. Research methods. In the work a set of scientific methods and approaches, including methods of grouping and comparative analysis, which allowed to determine the strategy of development an industrial enterprise, was used. Results of work. The article deals with theoretical approaches to the definition the concept of strategy and development strategy. The SWOT matrix has been applied for PJSC «Lebedinskiy grain acceptance enterprise», with further definition of the strategy development of the industrial enterprise in the conditions of increasing the level of perfection of the system, which reflects the ability to unlimited development. The field of application of results. Economics and enterprise management, realization of enterprise development strategy. Conclusions 1. The concept of «strategy» and «strategic development» is explored. 2. The matrix SWOT–analysis PJSC «Lebedinsky grain acceptance enterprise» was constructed. 3. The strategic development PJSC «Lebedinskiy grain reception enterprise» was determined, which provides for the improvement the degree of perfection as a correlation between functionality and total operating costs.
