DEFINITION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONAL STATE OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM OF STUDENTS ON 2 COURS AT REST AND AT LOADING

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the problems of a central nervous system general functional state and neurophysiological processes for students of 2 courses of higher education institutions.Research of the central nervous system helps to study functional, adaptation, compensatory opportunities of an organism. Apply in physiology of work, sport physiology and psychology. Researches are actuality for studying of processes of adaptation, acceleration and physiological mechanism of development of an organism. Sex of the person and age of students influences on psychophysiological indicators of the general functional state. Functional state is responsible for adaptation to training process. Studying of processes which are in nervous system of students is an actual scientific and applied problem. Researches of indicators of general functional state of central nervous system were carried out at groups of healthy students. Vas made the analysis of the obtained data in each separate group, and the comparative analysis between groups of data. Studying of the general functional state of the central nervous system at students of 2 courses was conducted at rest. And also studying of the general functional state was carried out after performance of loading with a reverser on results of simple visual)motor reaction. Vas investigated main indicators of general functional status of brain: functional level of system, stability of reaction and level functionality of opportunities. Researches showed that on the sixth minute of restoration after loading with a reverser there was an increase in stability of reaction on 56,25% in group of students. The maximum level of changes of the indicator (stability of reaction) was 25,97%.After loading with a reverser are revealed two main types of reaction: decrease in the indicators and increase in the indicators of general functional state. This method of researches is applied to obtaining information in applied areas physiology of human.
