DEFINITIONS OF «NATIONAL SECURITY» VS. «STATE SECURITY» IN LEGASLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
It was substantiated that the provision of national security of the state, specifically Ukraine, must be carried out with the help of the systematic determination of the definitions of its and institutional (organizational and legal) provisions. It was determined that legaslation make up the foundation for the national security of the state and for increasing of its definitions in this sphere, in particular unification.
