ДЕЯКІ ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ ВВЕДЕННЯ В ЗАКОНОДАВСТВО УКРАЇНИ ІНСТИТУТУ КРИМІНАЛЬНОГО ПРОСТУПКУ

Abstract
У 2012 році набрав чинності новий Кримінальний процесуальний кодекс України, у якому згадується кримінальний проступок. Але ніде в українському законодавстві не надається поняття кримінального проступку, не розкривається його сутність, відсутні його види та ознаки. У статті надано декілька пропозицій науковців і практиків щодо дефініцій цього поняття, його основних ознак, видів і розмірів покарань за кримінальний проступок.
