Державне регулювання ринку доступного житла через участь в іпотечному кредитуванні: досвід США

Abstract
В статті досліджено роль держави в становленні та розвитку ринку доступного житла через підтримку житлової іпотеки. На прикладі даної країни показано, що без державної підтримки ринкові механізми в принципі не можуть забезпечити формування ринку доступного житла. Зроблено висновок, що роль держави в розвитку житлової іпотеки в США не зводиться лише до регулювання та створення сприятливих умов для функціонування іпотеки в цілому. На сучасному етапі державні та підтримувані державою установи реалізують значну кількість програм, в тому числі й за бюджетні кошти з метою забезпечити доступність іпотечних кредитів окремим категоріям громадян. Даний досвід може бути врахований і українським урядом
