DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOM FORMALITIES THAT IS EXECUTED AT CUSTOM CONTROL OF AIR SHIP

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of custom formalities with the selection of concrete actions that is executed at custom control of air ship. It is found out, that only by civil air ships international transportations of loads and passengers that can be regular and irregular come true. Certain forms of custom control, that are used at custom control of air ship, namely verification of documents and information necessary for custom control and review (re-examination) of air ship. It is recommended Ministry of finance of Ukraine to conduct the revision of normative acts in the field of investigated in relation to their accordance to the current custom legislation.
