Design and Realization of Mars Rover's Mobile System

Abstract

Based on the opitimization design of system configuration,rover wheels and drive joints,a new type of mobile system of Mars rover was elaborated. By means of single-wheel platform experiment and overall system performance verification,it is verified that the performances of driving,climbing,overcoming and creeping motion of newly designed Mars rover's mobile system meet the requirements.
