DESIGN FEATURES OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR FORMATION A BUSINESS MODEL FOR ENTERPRISES OF RESTAURANT SPHERE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to determine the characteristics of a quality management system for forming business model. The article is devoted to the development of an effective quality management system for restaurants and catering enterprises to improve the effectiveness of their work in catering. Solving problems rendered the article made using such general and special methods of investigation, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. The paper improved the process of developing a quality management system in the formation of business models for restaurants and catering enterprises. The proposed system of quality management for enterprises restaurant business is a consistent set of key interdependent controls (object, subject, purpose, goals, objectives, principles, functions, processes). Proved that the implementation of the quality management system developed at forming business models of enterprises restaurant business will help to ensure a high level of customer service and business image forming acknowledged its enterprise customers. The main scientific position paper can be used in the practice of business restaurant business
