Design of Alternating Current Charging Spot Control System for Electric Vehicle

Abstract

By analyzing the system structure and working principles of alternative current( AC) charging spot,the control system of AC charging spot for electric vehicle was designed based on STM32 processor. The basic functions and charging process states of AC charging interface were elaborated. The design of control pilot circuit and charing state acquisition circuit was completed. The pulse width modulation( PWM) module and the analog to digital converter( ADC) module were set by the software. The functions of charging process control pilot,connection confirmation,identification of the maximum current of charging interface,and the real-time acquisition of charging connection state were realized. The test results indicate that the system has good stability.
