DETERMINATION OF CONCEPTUAL PROPERTIES OF APPLICATION OF CONTEXTIVE EDUCATION IN PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF LIABILITY

Abstract

The article outlines the conceptual framework of the process of applying contextual education in the training of future bachelors in law. The tasks of the process of preparing bachelors of law for professional activity are determined. The main provisions of the theoretical foundations for the formation of professional competence of future bachelors in jurisprudence are emphasized. The proposed criteria for the formation of professional value orientations of future lawyers.
