Abstract
The authors have conducted an analysis of scientific approaches in the sphere of marketing of territories, the main subjects and objects of marketing activity in favour of a territory were determined, the description of the essence of these subjects’ activities was carried out, the classification of target markets in the territorial marketing was conducted.
