FEATURES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article highlights features of project management in healthcare institutions. It reveals attitude to the medical service as a project aimed at patient care. It is proved that project management in medicine is impossible without the introduction of innovative, including the practice of managing service delivery processes. The article also emphasizes the necessity of implementing a project-oriented approach focused on business processes and customer needs. It points out the measures of optimization of business processes management in medical institutions on the basis of the project approach.
