Defining migration security as a type of personnel security in international business is justified. Approaches to forming the aim of personnel security in international business are analyzed. The types of personnel security in international business are justified as well as its threats, principles, factors, objects, subjects and subsystems. A scientific and methodical approach to forming the system of personnel security together with peculiarities of doing international business is suggested
