DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC BUSINESS IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF RISKS AND REGULATION

Abstract
The article considers the prerequisites for the emergence and development prospects of e-business, the essence and its features are revealed in the financial sector of the economy. The innovations, which are taking place today in the banking system and beyond, are explored, the emergence of a new branch of the economy – the so-called "Finteh", which unites companies using the latest developments for providing high-quality financial services. The problems of the conceptual apparatus and a number of problematic aspects related to the regulation of electronic business in the financial sector of Ukraine are determined.
